How Does a Roll Off Dumpster Work?

We’ve done this so many times that we forget how many people have never seen a dumpster come off a roll off truck! The main thing that gets the container off the truck is gravity.

The hoist is raised and a cable that is attached to the front of the dumpster is slowly released, this allows the container to be carefully placed where the customer needs it. The process is controlled inside the cab of the truck by the driver.

He can stop at any point to check clearances or put wood under the container.
The whole process takes less than 5 minutes.
